Improve parking and traffic flow

I love mill ave and I know it is a lot harder than it sounds, but the real reason I avoid it almost 100% of the time if I am not having to come to work is because there are not enough free parking options and at certain times of the day the streets are backed up.

        Might as well have it car free, ever since it went to one lane. Mill is a bad street to drive on. Thats another reason I do not go down to mill anymore.

        How about making Mill Ave car free, putting in park and rides very close to downtown and adding the park and ride lots to Orbit or Flash routes?
