        And please do remember that the primary tenant of the Tempe Center for the Arts is Childsplay - a children's theatre. Family friendly and good food can go together!

        Problem is, I see no lakeside development to support such types of businesses. It will be a serious Fail Whale on the part of Tempe if both sides of the lake end up with nothing but condos overlooking. At that point it's only a destination if you live there.
