get rid of all the solicitors!
All the Jesus people and hand outs are annoying get rid of em!

It's tough to enact something like this because you would be violating their freedom of speech rights... now if they are being intrusive physically or verbally assaulting then there is action that can be taken, however, that would probably take more effort than just telling them you have already found Jesus at the coldstone trying to escape the heat.
